If you need an accessible room, please make a regular room reservation through the portal and then contact Jack to request an accessible room. Make sure to include your reservation confirmation number in your message to Jack. Limited supply so please act quickly. 

If you have any mobility challenges that may impact your ability to fully EVOLVE with SELF, Cloud of Goods is a third-party vendor that facilitates rentals for accessibility equipment such as mobility scooters or wheelchairs. All arrangements must be made directly between you and the vendor. SELF is not responsible for equipment pick up or return.

RIDER SAFETY:

For your safety, please do not accept or take rides from strangers at the front of the hotel. Please check that your Uber/Lyft is correct prior to accepting the ride. Also, do not accept rides from people claiming to be valets or hotel employees - hotel employees will not offer you a ride. Only accept ride shares and rides from your legitimately called ride service. 

PARKING INFORMATION: 

If you drive in for the day, just go to the parking window, mention SELF or SE LeatherFest, and the parking attendant will put a sticker on your ticket for the discount. At the gate, the machine will read the sticker for the discounted rate and charge you accordingly. 

Anyone staying overnight, the front desk agent will place the parking discount on the room.
